I have decades of experience in healthy habits and living. I even have a career helping people with the mental and physical health. And I still ended up in my middle age overweight, overwhelmed and exhausted!
I know I’m not alone.
I’ve worked with so many women over the years and see the same pattern over and over. High achieving women who have admirable lives on the outside are suffering on the inside.
