Hello there, I’m Lisa.

I landed in my middle age exhausted, overwhelmed and overweight.  I had everything I wanted: a beautiful family in a wonderful community, and a career I loved.  I ate well, I exercised, I did ALL the things.  I was surprised to find myself here because my journey to wellness had begun at a young age and I hadn’t stopped searching, learning and experimenting with how to be well.  I had even built a career around how the physical and psychological interact with and affect each other. 

Through decades of walking along side people who have come to me to improve their wellness, I have identified the problematic patterns and resulting solutions to help those who want to be well. 

So how did I end up here?  Isn’t juggling all of this normal and what I’m supposed to be doing?   Why can’t I get it right? 

I ended up there because there were simple, foundational things that I needed but kept searching for outside of myself . When I got to the point that I just couldn’t keep doing it anymore, I had to stop and look inside. There, I found a cracked and crumbling foundation. So I quit the bs and started to repair.
